  • Chashu: 500g pork belly braise soy-mirin-sake 2 jam.
  • Lain: Bok choy, green onion, nori.

Langkah:

  1. Broth: Bones blanch, rebus slow 12 jam. Strain, mix 50ml mala oil/porsi.
  2. Chashu: Belly braise 2 jam, slice seared.
  3. Mie: Rebus 2 menit al dente.
